Me and my boyfriend are looking to move out next year, but we want to be prepared before we do. We%26#039;re going to get financial advice in september and look around for a fixed rate mortgage.

We are obviously first time buyers and we want to get a house, the few places we have looked at on the net and in estate agents are between 鎷?80,000 and 鎷?00,000.

Other people I know are just going to stick with payment the interest only and not having a repayment vehicle (like an ISA). The idea I suppose is that although they will never pay off their mortgage, after 20-25 years the value of the property will ahve increased so much that they can sell it and then but another property with the profit.
