If one party of a joint mortgage stops paying, what rights will i have in getting her off the mortgage? My ex cheated on me %26amp; now wants 鎷?000 to get off the mortgage. What a f**cking Bi*ch. If you have a joint mortgage, you are pretty much stuck with it. You will have to rework the deed and refinance to change the terms.
